Why do Pilates classes work and why?
Pilate’s classes are everywhere and are used as a form of staying fit as well as for rehabilitation. Fitness Pilates as well as Rehabilitation Pilates classes both use the same exercises. There are approximately 50 Pilates exercise in the Pilates method though many people consider there to be more as each of the 50 exercises can be modified to be easier or harder depending on the objective of the class.
